Directions to our clinic:

Our address is 11910 Blackwell Road, Central Point, OR 97502. Take the #40 Gold Hill exit off of I-5 to Blackwell road, about 1/2 mile on the left, before the major turn right, you'll see a metal pipe gate with our logo and sign. Go through gate (no code needed) - CLOSE GATE BEHIND YOU - and stay right on dirt road over cattle guard. We are the 3rd driveway on the left. Our gate will be open.
